how do I buy a product?

Add products to your basket by clicking the ‘add to basket’ button. You can remove products and have no obligation to purchase until you click ‘complete purchase’ during checkout. You must be registered on the site (and be signed in) to use the shopping basket.

can i pay without a credit card?

Yes. You can check out via PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Just select PayPal as your payment option and you will get the choice of completing your payment without having to log in.

how much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and will be added to your order during the check out process (before payment). You will only be charged our actual cost to ship to you. All orders are sent by first class post and take 5-10 working days in Europe and 10-15 working days worldwide.

can I return my purchase?

We only except returns in the rare event of damaged shipments.

can I return or exchange my picture font or vector illustrations purchase?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any digital download items such as picture fonts or vector illustrations.

how do I get my fonts and illustrations?

Our products are provided as downloadable files. You will be sent a download link via email once you have completed your purchase.

how do I install my fonts?

Please go to our help section to find detailed instructions on how to install your fonts on all major computer platforms.

what is an open type font?

OpenType is a relatively new font format that works on both Mac and PC platforms. OpenType fonts are contained within a single .otf file.
